Job brief
We are looking for a lash artist responsible for applying artificial eyelash extensions to enhance the appearance of a client’s natural lashes. They work in beauty salons, spas, and other similar establishments, or may operate their own lash extension business.Key-Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash extension style and length
- Cleanse and prep the client’s natural lashes for the application of extensions
- Apply individual lash extensions using specialized glue and tools, ensuring each extension is securely bonded to the natural lash
- Advise clients on the proper care and maintenance of their lash extensions
- Keep up-to-date on the latest lash extension techniques and products

- Ability to work with delicate materials and perform precise movements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in the beauty industry

- Knowledge of beauty trends and willingness to stay up-to-date with new techniques, products, and styles
